Fessee Spanking Magazine was first published in 1989 and lasted sadly for only eleven issues which in my opinion is a great shame as it had an amazing 24 colour pages, was packed with excellent spanking pictures, stories, gorgeous girls and was illustrated by the most talented erotic arist Paula Meadows AKA Lynn Paula Russell who also had her own Paula's Page.
